Shaded-pole asynchronous motors have a relatively simple structure, mainly consisting of stator, rotor, shaded-pole coil and other components, and the YJ58 series is no exception. This simple structure makes the motor's manufacturing and maintenance costs low and its reliability high. This series of motor adopts shaded-pole starting method, which has good starting performance and can start smoothly at lower voltage, and the starting current is small, which has less impact on the power grid. The application of all-copper material ensures that the motor has good electrical conductivity and heat conduction, which makes the motor more stable during operation and reduces the failure caused by overheating.
