Mobile Low Temperature Cold Chain Box
Basic Structure of the Portable Low-Temperature Cold Chain Container
The portable low-temperature cold chain container is produced using a large-scale rotational molding process. The main body is constructed from polyethylene and undergoes a heat-setting treatment. The double-layer walls are filled with polyurethane foam insulation.
The container features a large full-rear door and a smaller side access door. The large rear door facilitates easy loading of cargo, while the side door allows for convenient retrieval of smaller items during operation.
Cold Chain Container Operation
Prior to loading, the container should be pre-cooled to the required temperature based on the specific goods. The cooling operation can be initiated using an AC/DC converter, a lithium battery pack, or a vehicle's power output.
After loading, the power supply during transportation is typically provided by either the vehicle's power output or the lithium battery pack. Under normal conditions, a fully charged lithium battery provides an average runtime of approximately 2.5 to 3.5 hours, though the actual duration depends on the load.
Unless under special circumstances, the container is primarily intended for transporting frozen products (such as ice cream, frozen treats, and popsicles). It is strongly advised against transporting products that generate heat, are highly conductive, or have an initial temperature exceeding 30°C.
